PostgreSQL 16新增了多种功能，可以使用custom parameter bookings.lang切换语言，支持reserved_connections参数保留连接槽，支持query jumbling，pg_ident.conf文件中PG-USERNAME字段支持all、正则表达式和角色检查，pg_stat_statements支持bt_multi_page_stats函数，pg_walinspect和pg_waldump支持提取WAL中的页面图像，期待3月份的CommitFest结果。
