Linux 中，文件和目录的默认权限由 umask 命令控制。使用 umask 0022 可以查看当前掩码，创建文件和目录时，权限为默认值减去掩码。更改掩码可调整新文件权限，但不影响已有文件，仅在当前 shell 会话有效，需修改配置文件以实现永久生效。
